You are welcome to this class whether it’s your first class or your hundredth. Pulling apart traditional and non-traditional yoga movements…we often begin with some small movement and build from there into larger actions of the body. We’ll begin to understand how the body is meant to move and translate that awareness into our daily movements. This is yoga for your real life. The over all classes are slow paced but can have challenging moments. The encouragement will always be to work where you are in control of the movement. Meditation, sitting or lying down, will begin and end each class.
